Your Data in the NHS – National Data Opt Out

Data Mapping, Processing and Impact Assessments

 As part of the General Data Practice Regulation (GDPR) we are required to map all information that is sent and received by the surgery. Following this we must also carry out a ‘Data Protection Impact Assessment’ (DPIA) to assess the risk of any data processes that we carry out. A copy of our DPIA is available upon written request.
