Order your repeat prescription

Please note due to the effects of Coronavirus on the workload of the surgery, prescriptions will take up to 3 working days to be processed. Please ensure you order your medication in time so that you do not run out.

Cofton Medical Centre will not be facilitating the stock piling of medications by the public.

Please do not order your medication earlier than you normally would have.

Please do not order medications that you have not needed for a long time ‘just in case’. Such requests will be declined.

We are upgrading to the next phase of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean that almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically from 01/07/2020

Electronic prescriptions help save the NHS money.

You will receive your prescriptions in the same way as you do now.

Read more about EPS on the NHS website.

There are two ways in which you can request your medication online.

If you are requesting a repeat medication please use the online services here.

If your request is for an acute item please use the form below.

Please note prescriptions can take up to 48 hours to process and be issued.

When completing the form below, please enter the name and dose of the medication that you require. We cannot issue prescriptions for vague requests such as ‘inhaler’.
